Who we are
This website is operated by Brainpicnicrange Garden Studio Ltd (Company No. 14872306), 27 Orchard Lane, Totnes, Devon TQ9 5BD, United Kingdom. We are the controller of personal data described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].
Data we process
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are retained for a limited period.
Emails you send. If you email us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to reply. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
The space composer. The composer on our contact page runs entirely in your browser. Text you enter is not transmitted to us or stored by us unless you choose to email it.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal data or create marketing profiles.
Legal bases
We rely on legitimate interests for server logs and security, and on legitimate interests or steps taken at your request for answering enquiries. Where consent is required for optional storage on your device, we ask for it; see our Cookie Options.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site and email, under contracts that require appropriate protection, or where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
